meetgreen was founded in 2008 in Berlin with the goal of providing free audio conferences to charitable organizations and associations in Germany. Conscious of the limited financial resources of these institutions, meetgreen acts as a buffer and support on the market of cost-effective conferences via telephone.

What is our goal?
We aim to protect the environment and save travel expenses for our customers. The point of meetgreen is to reduce the amount of business trips and to make audio conferences more accessible instead. Not only does this save precious time and money, it also reduces CO2 pollution. Each domestic flight through Germany damages the environment with 340 kg of CO2. Moreover, we aim to support German environmental projects. We donate 1 cent per minute per participant if the donation number 01805 – 53 53 53¹ was used. Help us in our endeavor and support your environment. Every minute counts!
In 2017 we partnered with PRIMAKLIMA and were able to plant 2,115 new trees in Germany thanks to donations. In numbers, this means that with each audio conference you are compensating for roughly 0,20 kg CO2.* This year we are partnering with STADTBAUMKAMPAGNE BERLIN and are going to plant urban trees to make our capital greener.

Who supports us?
We are a service of the German meetyoo conferencing GmbH. Established in 2008, we exist as a sub-brand of this Berlin-based conference provider. meetyoo conferencing is a professional provider of audio conferences, web conferences, and virtual events – and it is the only German provider to receive TÜV-certifications for quality management for over 10 years consecutively.
